**Your new company**
Australian owned company that manufacture civil concrete products and supply to residential development, local governments, water authorities, civil infrastructure, irrigation and plumbing/drainage market.
**Your new role**
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Manage customer orders and queries in a manner that meet and exceed customer expectations and business standards
- Understanding customers needs whilst influencing and negotiating customer expectations, taking into account product timing and inventory availabilities
- Partnering with the sales rep to comprehend and gain intimacy of key projects, related projects, stakeholders, delivery and freight agreements to enable the successful delivery of all contractual agreements
- Build effective customer relations with key project delivery schedules to enable effective inventory, production and dispatch planning
- Create quotes and complete sales orders as per agreed pricing structure with follow through to win/lose. Arrange delivery dates to finalise sales
- Coordinate the purchase of any on-stocked items where required for sales orders
- Resolve customer compliant in a timely manner, clarifying the compliant, determining the cause, providing solutions and expediting correction
- Actively identify and contribute to business process continue improvements
- Be a role model by advocating and living by the Civilmart Values
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need the following:
- Previous experience in administration/sales or customer service (proven 6-12 months)
- Have a customer orientated and service mindset
- Ability to work and build relationships at all level
- Time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Passion and drive
- Enjoy working in a close-knit team environment
- High attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Forklift (highly desired but not mandatory)
- Computer-literate
