**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for the new face of internal sales in our Sunshine branch.

This role will suit an ambitious, customer service focused, tech savvy, self-motivated team player who is looking for an entry level role in technical sales with plenty of opportunities for career growth in the electronic security industry.

As an internal account manager, you will support sales to Trantech’s wide range of customers and partners through delivering exceptional over the counter and phone-based customer service.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Working with clients over the counter and by phone to understand their needs and explain product value
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to best service our clients
- Understand customer behaviour, trends and issues to help them grow their business along with ours
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Acting as an internal client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- Supporting or executing outbound sales campaigns

**Attributes & Experience**
- A solid work ethic with a desire to deliver the quality service that our customers expect
- Analytical approach to problem-solving & a keen desire to learn about new technologies
- Previous experience in trade sales is desired but not essential
- An understanding of the Windows Operating System, web browsers and basic networking is desired but not essential
- Knowledge of and exposure to CCTV & camera technologies is desired but not essential

**Salary**: $43,524.90 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
