**The Finance Graduate Program**

Our Finance Graduate Program is a specialised 3-year rotational Finance Pathway experience. You will gain valuable, broad, multi-functional exposure to the McCain business whilst completing a robust leadership development program throughout the three years.

**What does it take? Someone who**
- Has a Bachelor’s degree with background in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- Will graduate in November 2024, or has recently graduated in the last 12 months
- Has excellent analytical and communication skills
- Has full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand
- Has the willingness to relocate within Australia and New Zealand
