Job Description
  • Respond to Customer and Business Partner enquiries via all contact channels i.e. Telephone, Email and Webchat.
  • Adhere to shift and task schedule according to periodic rosters.
  • Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution or escalate issues outside expertise.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Complete compliance training within the set timeframe.
  • Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Adhere to policies, standards and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify and alert Risk Management about any risks within the role.
The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
