Job Description

- Respond to Customer and Business Partner enquiries via all contact channels i.e. Telephone, Email and Webchat.
- Adhere to shift and task schedule according to periodic rosters.
- Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
- Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution or escalate issues outside expertise.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Complete compliance training within the set timeframe.
- Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.
- Adhere to policies, standards and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and alert Risk Management about any risks within the role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A keen interest in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
