We have an awesome opportunity that has become available for an experienced** Property Manager **looking for their next career opportunity.

**This opportunity is to take over a well-managed and clean portfolio of approx.150 properties.**

Working alongside an established and dedicated property management team with mentorship and support. This position will suit a proactive and motivated individual who has the desire to learn and excel in their role.

With a clear progression path and chance to work in a systematic and organised environment with the most up-to-date systems this is the role for you.

**_Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:_**
- End-to-end portfolio management with remote trust accounting support
- Schedule and complete routine inspections in a timely manner
- Manage rental properties by advertising and securing tenants, negotiating rent, and enforcing leases
- Attract eligible tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing properties
- Ensure the property financial objectives of landlords are being met by collecting rents and any other payments by the due dates and communicating with the landlords about their short and long-term goals for the property
- Prepare detailed entry and exit reports
- Prepare and attend VCAT hearings as required
- End leases and diligently execute the vacate process

**_The ideal applicant will have:_**
- Minimum qualification of Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
- Experience in real estate admin or property management is highly regarded, not essential
- Ability to work under high-pressure with high attention to detail
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with diverse backgrounds
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to provide a valid Police Check
