Our growing office is seeking a Property Manager to join our team and become a part of Australia's number one real estate brand.

- Confidence when making calls to prospective tenants and current landlords
- Well presented and corporately groomed
- An outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Able to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords
- An Agents Representative who holds a current certificate, driver's license and own car
- Able to work well with set KPI's and be customer service focused
- Great support from a hands on director, department manager, senior property managers, accounts department and a shared full-time property management administrator
- Great systems and procedures to help provide quality service to our customers
- A professional and energetic work environment

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
