We want to attract like-minded individuals that share our values and can be part of the exciting journey here at Claim Central. **About the role** As a **"Claims Consultant”** To be successful in this role you will need traits such as Customer Focus, Rapport Building, Accountability, Ownership, Flexibility and the Agility to handle and thrive in a fast-paced environment. **A day as a Claims Consultant looks like**: - End-to-end management of the claims process within predefined SLAs whilst focusing on improving the customer experience through each touch point - Answer inbound calls and action accordingly - Record accurate and detailed case notes for claims o internal and external portals - Review and analyse reports and data to identify and understand required actions for claims - Adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements - Investigate and respond to any client issues and or complaints accordingly - Ad hoc projects and administration in support of the continuous improvement initiatives **Required Skills & Experience** - Previous experience in customer service/contact centre - Insurance and/or restoration not essential but highly regarded - High attention to detail - Effective communication skills; both written and verbal - Intermediate Excel skills - Works well in a team environment but also autonomously when required - Proactive and committed - Thinks outside the box - Problem solving skills - Personable and approachable - Strong organisation and time management capabilities **Claim Central Consolidated** is at the forefront of Claims Services, Technology and Data and Analytics, now ranked #8 in the 2016 Australian Financial Review Most Innovative Company.
