**The Company**
Our client is a global leader in property insurance claims. They are seeking a
**Claims Consultant** with a property, admin or customer service background to join their growing team. You will be responsible for lodging initial claims, working alongside the claims team and assisting them as a Claims Management Specialist.

**The Role will involve**:

- Lodging initial property claims using internal systems
- Conduct timely investigations to determine damage;
- Providing support and advice to policy holders;
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary;
- General administration duties;
- Experience in Property insurance would be beneficial but not essential;
- Previous experience with property/ strata claims preferred
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;
- Good communicator, ability to make decisions and Confident;
- Have a sense of urgency when it comes to settling claims;
- Exceptional organisational skills;
