**What's the role?**:
We are currently looking for a results-driven, face to face Store Representative to join our dynamic and caring Hilti store team.
As a Sales Representative you will work with the wider retail sales team in managing the day-to-day operations of the Hilti store in Seven Hills and provide a high level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Deal directly with walk-in customers
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers
- Understand business needs and how our solutions can add value.
- Overall customer touchpoints, including sales, repairs and inputted sales
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Maintenance of customer database
- Maintain Operational Excellence - Inventory controls and processes, data entry quality, store utilities upkeep
