Exciting opportunity for a motivated & switched-on **Customer Service Representative** to join a leading wholesaler in Seven Hills. You will play a key role as the first point of contact to all enquiries while providing exceptional service through excellent communication to an increasing customer base.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Fulltime Permanent
- 8.30am-5pm
- Excellent long-term growth & development

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering incoming calls (high volume)
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Working with the Warehouse(s) to ensure all customer orders are despatched in line with customers’ expectations
- Sales order entry and invoicing
- Purchasing and stock forecasting as required
- Maintaining office resources and general ad hoc duties

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar environment
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and data entry accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven customer service / sales support experience
- An engaging individual with a can-do attitude, able to resolve customer queries

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
