**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and source high-quality furniture, décor, and seasonal lifestyle products
- Negotiate purchasing terms, including price, delivery schedules, and cooperation agreements with suppliers
- Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure product quality and availability
- Coordinate with suppliers on promotional opportunities to support campaigns
- Assist in planning and managing in-store and online sales promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain efficient stock turnover
- Forecast seasonal demand and prepare purchase plans accordingly
- Provide product knowledge and insights to support marketing and sales teams
- Align product selections with branding and visual merchandising goals
- Prepare sales and market trend reports to guide purchasing decisions
- Communicate product requirements and feedback to suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail buying or procurement
- Strong understanding of home and lifestyle products
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Pay: $76,600.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
