Our client is currently on the lookout for an junior HR and Training Coordinator to join a well established team within a reputed organisation. You will assist in HR processes such as recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement initiatives and assist in the coordination of training.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years at a HR or P&C role
- Tertiary qualification in HR or Business Administration is highly regarded
- Be able to work in a fast paced and energetic environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- A high standard of verbal and written communication skills - polite, understanding, and approachable.
- Strong rapport building skills
