As the Training and Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the ARB team is educated and informed about our products, safety, systems, and technical fitting. You will collaborate with various departments, including product development and engineering, to deliver effective training programs and drive continuous improvement efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to align training strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver learning solutions that are easily consumable and meet the needs of the target audience.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide support to internal customers.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of learning programs across the organisation.
- Maintain and update existing training content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute monthly training reports.
- Process apprentice funding claims.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes**:

- Identify with ARB’s values of Drive, Excellence and Passion.
- Proficient in the use of Articulate, especially Rise 360 and Storyline 360 is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Positive people skills, engaging, assertive and can communicate with ease
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- E-learning design qualification preferred.

As a valued member of the ARB HR team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building a learning culture within the organisation. This role is office-based, but occasional travel to local ARB sites may be required.
