**About the opportunity**

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner reports to the Group Talent and Organisational Development Manager and is part of the People, Safety and Culture team. The key focus of this role is the identification and engagement of quality talent to proactively fill both existing, newly created and future roles within NEX Building Group. More specifically, you will:

- Identify talent attraction issues and bottlenecks that may be impacting on our ability to secure quality talent and recommend solutions
- Collaborate on, and carry out key recruitment projects as assigned
- Maintain the HRIS Recruitment Module accurately

- Expertise in proactive/strategic sourcing and able to develop compelling sourcing strategies
- Confidence in your communication skills and the ability use market data and trends to help inform and influence stakeholders in the recruitment process

- Be resilient and adaptable in an ever-changing environment
