**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, your focus will be to facilitate and manage vendor compliance across the NEX Building Group portfolio. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the onboarding process for subcontractors to ensure alignment with HSEQ requirements and site safety standards
- Onboard, assist and consult new and existing vendors on compliance obligations
- Review all vendor documentation to ensure it meets NEX Group internal system requirements
- Liaise with new and existing vendors to ensure ongoing compliance
- Ensure continual increase in compliance rates for all vendors
- Maintenance of vendor documentation and vendor database systems
- Maintenance of WHS business compliance records and databases
- Ability to review SWMS and provide guidance on safe work procedures
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the WHS Management team as required
- Collaborate cross functionally to implement improvements to the vendor experience and issue resolution process

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Attention to detail, accurate reporting, and data input capabilities
- Experience within a Customer Service Administration role
- High planning and organising skills
- The ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing work agenda
- Proficiency in or willingness to develop skills in MS office
- Experience using LinkSafe, OnSite Companion will be highly regarded
