**About the opportunity**
As a MyChoice Coordinator, you’ll be part of our MyChoice Design Studio team, reporting to the National Workflow Manager. In this rewarding role, you’ll ensure our clients enjoy a smooth and positive experience by managing and coordinating their design studio appointments.
- Schedule and manage appointments tailored to client needs
- Provide guidance and support to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain and monitor appointment calendars to meet capacity requirements
- Confirm bookings and issue required documents to clients and stakeholders
- Support studio and workflow managers in meeting business goals
- Provide accurate, timely admin support including reports, filing, and tracking trends

**About you**
You’re customer-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a busy environment. You’ll also align with the values and purpose of MJH and NEX Group.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail
- Confidence working with clients over the phone
- Administration experience (Microsoft Office skills preferred)
- Flexibility to adapt to different clients and priorities
- Availability to work every second Saturday
