You'll work directly with our CEO and Group Operations Manager and senior leaders, providing expert industrial advice, managing complex people issues, and coaching our team managers. From handling performance matters to embedding a high-performance culture — this is the job for someone who loves challenge, variety, and creating impact every day.

You'll have:

· Solid ER/IR experience

· Leadership coaching skills

· Passion for people and a hunger for best practice

· The energy to roll up your sleeves and influence outcomes
