**Full Time Opportunity
The Finance Business Partner analyses key financial information to provide feedback that will aid managerial planning and commercial decision making that will ensure the future growth and profitability of Greenstone.

The role will support the Head of Financial Planning, Insights and Technologies by ensuring key analysis is performed against the annual and quarterly forecasts and delivering insightful information that will provide a meaningful picture of Greenstone's results.

The Finance Business Partner will assist with the development, maintenance and improvement of Greenstone's Project P&L by ensuring accurate costs are captured and analysed for Greenstone's key initiatives. This will provide the person in the role exposure to various stakeholders in charge of different initiatives.

The core responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include, but not limited to the following:

- Assist with developing, maintaining and improving the Project P&L and its processes to ensure accurate costs are captured and analysed for Greenstone's key initiatives
- Build and maintain departmental variance analysis reporting to support monthly business partnering meetings
- Providing financial analysis against the annual and quarterly forecasts
- Respond to Board and shareholder requests for information and commentary on business performance and metricsWorking with the Finance Systems Team to develop key FP&A dashboards

**What are we looking for?**
- Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
- Strong relationship management experience with key stakeholders including Board and Executive Management
- Experience in analysing and providing insightful information against the forecast
- Some experience in management accounting
- Curiosity leading to a solid understanding of business processes and commercial drivers
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical and analytical thinking skillsCommunication skills

**Desirable**
- Experience in project costing and/or activity-based costing
- Experience in leading the budget process
- Financial systems: Anaplan, Workiva, Oracle NetSuite
