**About the opportunity**

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is accountable for AMP’s ERM Framework, risk management capability and the provision of high-quality advice, insight and support to our business partners. In this function, you will be supporting our Superannuation, Platform, and Investment businesses.

The role will ensure the co-ordination and timely delivery of ERM reporting to AMP and BU Boards/Committees, Management forums and leaders. The role requires close liaison with key stakeholders, working with business representatives and senior leaders as an effective “second line of defence”.

**How you will make an impact**
- Provide input, oversight, review, and challenge (as necessary) for the following core areas and deliverables;
- Legal entity and Business Unit Risk Profiles
- Legal entity Risk Appetite Statement assessment
- Thematic or targeted risk reviews and report writing
- Regulatory change management
- AFS Licence requirements
- Risk analytics
- Incident, Issue and Breach management/Line 2 Risk oversight
- Line 2 Risk reporting to Boards, Committees and Management forums
- MIS Compliance and IDPS Control plans
- Root cause analysis
- Support regulatory responses
- Control assessment review

**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience in a risk and compliance, operational, consultancy or audit role, with exposure to operational risk and compliance in a superannuation and/or platforms environment
- Intermediate knowledge of risk management/compliance frameworks, risk management and measurement methodologies and policies
- Good understanding of the Australian financial services industry, preferably superannuation and investments
- Experience preparing and delivering Board and C level reports regarding on information security capability and assessments
- Ability to influence, challenge, consult and advice senior stakeholders, whilst maintaining excellent relationships
