We are seeking an experienced General Manager, IT Service Delivery with exceptional leadership and service delivery standards.

**COMPANY**

Our client is the leading in-home care provider of complete care services, supporting more than 100,000 people across Australia each year.

**ROLE**

You will be required to proactively identify business opportunities and practice improvement working with the Digital Services leads to ensure continuous improvements.

You will be responsible for:

- Planning, organising and coordinating service delivery activities
- Monitoring service performance, identifying issues and taking appropriate actions to ensure compliance with SLAs
- Manage and oversee timely and effective resolution of incidents, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future incidents or problems
- Support vendor and supplier relationships, manage contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure that the services provided meet the agreed-upon standards
- Responsible for reporting on service delivery performance, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Lead an effective and successful Change Approval Board (CAB) to minimise risk and unintended change consequences
- Drive the ITIL framework to create high quality service delivery and to support technology lifecycles
- Review, develop, recommend and implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery

**YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT service delivery
- ITIL v4 Foundation mandatory, ITIL v4 Expert or Masters highly desirable
- Experience in chairing the CAB governance process.
- Experience using ITSM toolsets
- Experience of managing 3rd party vendors, suppliers and contracts
- Excellent relationship builder and expectation management skills
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- Details oriented, analytical and strong reporting skills
- Strong leadership experience with an interest in upskilling team members
