We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead a large, multi-year portfolio in partnership with our delivery teams. Based within our client's IT Service Delivery Team and reporting to the IT Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing ITIL-aligned Service Management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Request, and Knowledge Management. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services, playing a critical role in supporting the university's strategic goals through operational excellence and service reliability.

Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by shaping service outcomes and supporting our clients’ success.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in IT service delivery, preferably across large, complex portfolios.
- Exemplary process governance and document management skills.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and proactive approach.
- Strong time management skills, adaptable and detail-oriented.
- High-level proficiency across the M365 suite.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform is advantageous.
- Professional qualifications in Microsoft Software suite.
- ITIL v3 foundation or intermediate or working towards
