The role is fully office-based and located in Cremorne.

The Role
In this meaningful role, you will use your interpersonal skills to assist individuals in their professional journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the initial onboarding process, conducting one-on-one consultations to understand each person's unique skills and experience.
  • Providing hands-on support for professional profile development.
  • Facilitating recruitment process coaching and conducting feedback sessions to ensure preparedness.
  • Assisting in the delivery of training and professional development sessions.
  • Researching and providing resources on current job market trends and industry demands.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
