The Customer Service Management department ensures running, execution and delivery of the Service Contracts and Customer Relationship Management for our Service Contracts customers. This role, Customer Relationship Coordinator, will suit someone with several years of customer success/service experience looking to enter a professional role with good growth/career opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain good operational relations with external and internal stakeholders
- Provide first-line support to customers
- Be the prime interface between customers and Vestas
- Handling issues, managing their resolution, and addressing all Vestas Service requests
- Communicate efficiently inside the organisation to deliver on the promise to the customers; focus on and contribute to the continuous improvement of both general work routines and internal procedures
- Transact business, notifications, service orders, quotations etc on SAP/Sales Force and adjacent systems (e.g. C4C)
- Actively seek and identify / respond to customer inquiries; clarification requests; time & material additional services, parts sales, aftermarket sales options and upgrades
- To be commercially aware of the contract's financial performance and requirements, track overdues/open receivables until resolution, to inform /escalate cost overruns, requests out of scope and transition to new contracts
- Support tender process with admin work, prepare various excel based reports on demand

**Qualifications**
- Relevant customer service, account management, customer success, administration background
- Potentially hold a degree or qualification in a relevant field, although not required
- Experience in a customer facing position

**Competencies**
- MS Office
- SAP / other CRM systems
- Computer literate
- Time management and proactive organisation skills
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication
- Able to work independently
