**The Role**:
MUJI Australia are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator, reporting to the eCommerce Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support to MUJI's internal and external customers, while having the opportunity to be a part of projects and initiatives focusing on improving the customer experience.

This is a salaried part-time position (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Liaise or triage customer queries with stores and the appropriate team within head office to resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Be the first point of contact for B2B and customer bulk orders and facilitate communication between all involved parties
- Monthly reporting on customer service feedback

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous customer service experience within the retail industry
- Experience with Customer Service platforms (Zendesk preferred)
- Proficient in written and verbal English, with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Sound understanding of store and EC operations
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to prioritise work and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Intermediate PC skills, Excel, and MS Office suite
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers
