**About your new role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our new property
**_UniLodge Melbourne CBD_** located on Wills Street, Melbourne.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Coordinator consists of:

- Assisting all current and prospective residents and their guests in the most efficient and professional manner
- Delivering a high standard of customer service while operate the front desk reception
- Address enquiries with professionalism and compassion displaying a “we care” attitude
- You'll know the local area like the back of your hand, giving clear directions and insightful advice
- Conduct room inspections and provide general administrative support as needed
- Monitor and report concerns regarding resident safety and well-being and escalate as required
- Maintain accurate student data via the property management system

**To be great in this role you will**:
You'll be the first face our residents, staff and visitors will connect with when first entering the property - so we are seeking someone who is warm, energetic and passionate about delivering great customer service to anyone who enters or contacts our property.
