**ABOUT THE POSITION**

This role entails sales order processing, good record keeping as well as adherence to various policies, procedures and government legislation.

**ABOUT YOU**

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process retail orders within with a high standard of accuracy
- Facilitate bullion sales and purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures and legislation
- Be trained in the Perth Mint Compliance requirements for AML/CTF Legislation
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
- Help customers navigate our website, assist with online registrations, and troubleshoot any website related issues that may arise.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in sales or call centre environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven record in delivering customer service excellence
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
- Proven ability to work within and contribute to a positive team environment
- Sound computer literacy skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Sound administrative and numeracy skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable
