**The Opportunity**
**HCA’s Revesby Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator within a permanent full-time capacity. As a Service Administrator you will be an influential member of the Service team, processing customer and subcontractor invoices & purchase orders, opening workorders and closing these off once works are completed and approved for invoicing and processing monthly invoicing for Service Contracts.
**Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include**:
- Assist with the local administration of the Service Department.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, organising workflows in MS Dynamics.
- Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave in Kronos.
- Compile information required for internal & external audits.
- Service contract preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks.
- Maintenance of local databases to track WIP.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Safety Conscious - A strong, developed awareness and commitment to personal and peer health and safety.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and preparedness to go the extra mile.
- Experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in Service administration.
- Knowledge of earthmoving equipment would be advantageous.
- Sound administration and database management experience.
