Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is part of a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.

**Opportunity**

Our Revesby office has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Production order preparation and timely closure of all service invoicing.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, liaise with external suppliers.
- Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave, process fortnightly Kronos.
- Branch Admin Support - Process supplier invoices for payment relating to the service department.
- Compile information for internal and external audits
- Assist in other general service administration tasks
- Maintenance of local databases to track WIP

**To be successful you will need**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong general administration co-ordination
