Baked for Sofia Bakery and its’ associated ‘Little Sister’ bakeries are in a growth phase, and we are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team.

Producing artisanal bread and high-quality pastry for both Retail and Wholesale customers.

Our production site is located near the Bayside area from which we distribute fresh daily.

We offer training and skill development on the job with opportunities to grow & succeed with the business.

Looking for Stability and long working relationship.

**About the Role**
- Hands on production
- Mixing and hand molding skills
- Inventory, quality control, cleanliness and other.
- System upkeep.
- Machine and oven operation
- Following safety and hygiene regulations
- Morning shift - 5-6am start to 1-2pm finish.

**About You**
- At least three years’ experience as a Baker in commercial / retail environments.
- A formal baking qualification would be highly regarded but is not essential.
- The ability to work efficiently while also being aware of the surrounding team.
- Excellent time management skills, meeting daily production targets.
- Reliable with professional work attitude
- Proven experience with the use of commercial equipment
- Be hardworking and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness, and accuracy

Pay: $64,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
