Join Our Team – Night Baker

We are on the lookout for passionate and skilled Night Bakers to join our growing wholesale and retail operation. We are an artisanal bakery committed to producing high-quality bread and pastries, and we're seeking dedicated individuals eager to grow alongside us.

About the Role:

As a Night Baker, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating the oven to bake artisanal bread and pastries.
  • Following production schedules and managing stock and inventory.
  • Maintaining quality control, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Working overnight and early morning shifts to meet daily fresh production demands.

About You:

We're looking for bakers who:

  • Have at least two years of commercial baking experience.
  • Are reliable, hardworking, and excel in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Have excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ideally have experience in sourdough production and pastries (preferred but not essential).
  • Live within a 35-minute drive of Braeside and have reliable transport.
