Purpose of the Role
Xodus has exciting growth plans for our APAC Region as we support Clients in their energy transition journeys. We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support our APAC team in business development activities including BD initiatives and events, gathering market information, tendering and Brand projects.
Key Information
- Open to applicants with 3-5 years experience
- Position open for immediate start or as notice period allows
- Full time, part-time options and flexible hybrid working arrangement
- Location: Perth CBD office

Accountabilities
Within the context of the scale and nature of the Xodus business, and the strategic plan, and in coordination with the rest of the BD, marketing and Communications team:

- Support the delivery of BD initiatives (this could include, but is not limited to, attending, minuting and following up on actions and opportunities post meetings (internal or external) for all division meetings. Assisting with the gathering and sharing of Client feedback including FPAL feedback).
- Support the maintenance of Salesforce globally.
- Assist in Client event organisation, working with the team to organise events and invite Clients.
- Assist in gathering market information on projects and operator activity for circulation internally across divisions/service lines. From time to time assist divisions with specific market information requests.
- Support tender and proposal preparation and assist in maintaining tender support area on Xodus' intranet to ensure that all key standard supporting information for tenders and proposals is available.
- Assist in Brand projects, ensuring consistency and high standards across all Brand tools.
- Support communications between teams within the region and across the globe.
- Support team admin activities, including raising POs and managing the BD inboxes.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education in business, marketing, information systems, commercial discipline or significant trade experience in a related field
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in sales, customer service role
- Oil and gas/renewables industry experience desirable
- Experience with Salesforce
- Right to work in Australia (i.e., permanent residency or valid visa)
