9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9-3 on Friday
**Part Time (18-20 hours pw)**
9am-2pm or 10am-3pm (or similar) Monday to Thursday
Our Client is a large, very well known and reputable Not-For-Profit organisation in the Healthcare sector. Located on the Upper North Shore, this role is a pivotal support position for the Senior EA who supports 3 busy Executives.
In this busy office you will work under the guidance of the Senior EA to assist with a range of administrative and secretarial duties including:
- Reviewing and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Creating and preparing correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and/or publications
- Arranging meetings and making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinating diaries and appointments
- Welcoming visitors as required
- Maintaining office filing and database systems
- Monitoring stationery and office supplies
- Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
- Assisting with accounting, personnel and payroll activities (processing / data entry)
- Conducting research projects as requested
To be considered for this position you will have prior office / administration / PA or EA experience. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and a high level of attention to detail with the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
The positions are to start ASAP to assist whilst both roles are recruited on a permanent basis (temp incumbents will be welcome to apply). Guide on hourly rate is $35.00 - $40.00 + Super depending on experience.
