**Description**:
THE OPPORTUNITY

Mulpha Hospitality are currently recruiting for the Guest Services Team at The Lane Retreat at Bimbadgen Estate.

This role will focus on providing the best possible customer service in the Pantry, our retail and café space, and will suit someone with a retail or café background and a great personality.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of our journey - we are offering great training, ongoing flexible hours (approx. 20 hours per week) and great personal and professional development.

**Key responsibilities include**:
To provide service excellence to all property guests
Provide friendly and knowledgeable sales and retail advice to customers, including coffee and wine sales, as well as advice on our homewares, gifts and gourmet food and provisions
Ensure that the pantry is always presented to the customer in the set standards
Assist with housekeeping duties when required

A love of Customer Service and Hospitality
A background in in retail, café, homewares and customer service
Exceptional communication and organisation skills
Barista skills highly advantageous
Fun and friendly attitude towards customer service and a warm and bubbly personality
A current RSA (or to be obtained prior to start)
Ability to work flexible across the business opening hours and peak periods
Own transport essential
