**Target Question 1**:
Demonstrate an understanding of Messaging and Collaboration ICT Systems and how these are utilised in the modern workplace. Provide examples of systems that you have administered and the skills that you have to maintain these systems.
**Target Question 2**:
Provide evidence of how you are able to work in large ICT environments (>5000), you should demonstrate how you can work with customers with different IT skill levels as well as working with peers in both your direct team as well as from other teams.
