**The Role**:
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure systems remain fit for purpose, while also driving process improvements and creating positive user experiences. This role primarily involves IT Support Level 1 & 2 responsibilities and reports directly to the Application Support Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Application Management**
- Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to optimise workflows.
- Ensure all key software platforms remain operational and reliable.

**Leadership and Support**
- Oversee the efficient handling of incoming support tickets by Support Consultants.
- Analyse support data to identify employee training needs and software improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between Storage King and external software providers, such as Storman.

**Technical Assistance**
- Troubleshoot software issues, correct user errors, and resolve financial or receipting discrepancies.
- Manage user accounts, assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, and maintain compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide support for site down events by liaising with external providers as needed.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with Application Support Officers, the Operations Management team, and Area Managers to meet business needs.
- Assist in the integration of historical data for newly acquired stores.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Resilience, flexibility, and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Relevant IT tertiary qualifications and/or substantial industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment.
- Strong focus on achieving high standards of accuracy, quality, and timely execution of tasks.
- Calm under pressure, with a “can-do” attitude and focus on teamwork.
