**Executive Support Officer**

**This opportunity offers**:

- Temporary employment (Up to 12 Months with the possibility of ongoing employment)

- Attractive annual salary $90,915 - $100,316 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation

The Executive Support Officer role is ideal for an organised and enthusiastic individual who is keen to contribute to the day-to-day activities of the RFS Commissioner and his Office.

The role provides a range of support to the Commissioner and the Executive Officer, including driving to various commitments, conducting social media activities and fulfilling other responsibilities as requested.

Administrative support for the Commissioner’s Office includes recording and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Ministerial Services team and working collaboratively with RFS members and stakeholders.
- Working in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Records management
- Managing executive presence on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
