**Position Overview**:
As the Western Australia State Defence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Defence-related operations within the region. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive Defence-related business growth within Western Australia.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, Defence contractors, and industry partners.
- Lead and coordinate Defence projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the Defence sector.
- Provide expert guidance and support on Defence-related engineering solutions and services.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma of Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial role within the Defence or maritime industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Defence contracting, procurement processes, and project management.
- Strong network and relationships within the Defence sector in Western Australia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Remuneration**:
Salary $130,00-150,000 + Super + vehicle expenses or company car.
