**About us**
Southern Cross School of Business (SCSB) is an established ASQA accredited RTO specialising in providing Graduate Diploma, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses in Business and Accounting to international and Australian students as well as ELICOS courses to international students. The College is registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institution and Courses for Overseas Student (CRICOS). Our Campus is in Parramatta

**About the role**

**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Seek out new partner agents that will recruit more students onshore and offshore
- Promote, cold call, meet (on and off-campus) negotiate and confirm offers with new agents and prospective students
- Manage existing relationships with partner agents  
- Assist in preparation, organisation and delivery of marketing materials
- Engage in market research to source new/emerging markets
- Working closely with our Social Media Marketer creating content for our social media
- Participate in the organisation and promotion of various student events
- General support to students

**Selection criteria**:
The position would ideally suit someone passionate about customer service with the hunger to achieve sales targets. The successful applicant will need to possess the following qualities:

- Good knowledge of the VET sector and overseas student programs
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly personality with the ability to manage all levels of business relationships
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs

Essential Criteria:

- Fluent in English and a second language preferably Punjabi and Hindi/ Urdu.
- A resourceful person with strong self-confidence and time-management skills
- Previous experience working in the educational sector is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00+ per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Marketing/ Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

Work Eligibility:

- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (preferred)

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
