**Job Title: Marketing Officer**
**Position Overview**
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within an RTO environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the Standards for RTOs 2025 is highly desirable.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our RTO services.
- Liaise effectively with agents and partners to enhance student enrolments and overall success.
- Organize and participate in overseas marketing and promotional activities as required.
- Raise brand awareness and strengthen our presence in existing and new markets.
- Stay updated with industry standards, particularly the Standards for RTOs 2025, ensuring all marketing activities align with compliance requirements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2025.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally when needed.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to marketing challenges.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 - 24 per week
