This supervisory position is responsible for organising and overseeing of day to day activities of the Maternity Bookings clerical staff, ensuring compliance with Monash Health Guidelines and Department of Health requirements to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of Monash Women’s maternity services.
- Plays a key role in supporting the effective and efficient triage of maternity referrals
- Liaises with maternity providers both within and external to Monash Health
- Ability to use advanced computer skills to streamline the provision of the service

**About The Role**

This supervisory position is responsible for organising and overseeing of day to day activities of the Maternity Bookings clerical staff, ensuring compliance with Monash Health Guidelines and Department of Health requirements to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of Monash Women’s maternity services.This position is also responsible for supporting clerical staff to meet performance requirements, implementing changes in processes and procedures as well as the delivery of training and education packages.This is a part time role (0.9 EFT) working Monday to Friday.

You have been developing your management and leadership skills, and have keen problem solving abilities, particularly in the areas of data analysis; PAS systems and VINAH reporting. You are an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles.You Are Also:

**What You Need**:

- Recognised qualification in administration or demonstrated experience in office management (preference to Health related industry)
- Experience using a Patient Administration System (PAS) e.g. iPM, HMS, CMI
- Intermediate or above knowledge of Excel
- Victorian Driver's license
