As the L&D Manager, you will lead a talented team dedicated to enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance across the business. This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Talent & Capability and key stakeholders to create a comprehensive L&D strategy that identifies and addresses skill gaps, maximises training opportunities, and aligns with our strategic goals. This is a permanent full time position based in our Cooma office.

**In this role, you will**:

- Inspire and guide a high-performing team, by providing hands-on coaching and supporting them in their professional development.
- Create and implement a holistic learning strategy by conducting needs assessments and managing the L&D budget to maximise impact.
- Oversee a variety of learning programs that use different methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to meet diverse employee needs.
- Drive the integration of new learning technologies to enhance learner engagement and continuously improve our L&D offerings.

**What we're looking for**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective L&D programs and strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring an L&D team.
- A strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and current L&D trends.
- Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire our employees.
