**Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6 - $93,295.00 - $102,941.00 per annum plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**What you’ll do**

As part of a dedicated team, you will:

- Provide a comprehensive range of case management services to offenders, ensuring alignment with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Administer assessments to inmates to develop tailored intervention plans and strategies.
- Create, implement, and regularly update individualised case plans that outline short
- and long-term goals to reduce reoffending.
- Guide offenders through the case management process using motivational interviewing, pro-social behaviour modelling, and strengths-based approaches.
- Refer inmates to appropriate services and programs as outlined in their case plans.
- Advocate on behalf of inmates to secure timely and appropriate interventions, with follow-up as needed.
- Monitor and report on offenders' compliance with their case plans and judicial requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to coordinate the reintegration of offenders into the community.

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating group treatments for adults from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
- Experience delivering evidence-based interventions and working with challenging behaviours, including conducting functional behaviour assessments.
- Strong problem-solving skills in offender management, where independent professional judgment is required.
- Knowledge and experience in contemporary correctional practices, particularly in assessment, case management, intervention, and behavioural change for sexual, violent, or substance abuse-related offenses.
- Experience in administering and interpreting offender risk and criminogenic need assessments.
