We currently seek an experienced Customer Service Sales officer to join our Internal Counter Sales team from our modern Sydney office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product selection
- Prepare and process sales documents and quotations
- Provide valuable support to the external sales team

**Selection Criteria**:

- Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
- Prior experience in an internal sales role preferred
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with ability to accept responsibility
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills - Microsoft Office and ERP software desirable

A mechanical aptitude and/or previous experience in the hydraulics industry is advantageous but not essential (training is provided).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
