Job Purpose
The Business and Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of the organisation’s marketing strategies, business development activities, and operational management. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, increasing revenue, and ensuring the company meets its growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage content creation, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Plan and execute events, product launches, and sponsorship activities.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and key clients.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts to win new business.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging markets and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and targets.
Team Management and Leadership
- Manage marketing and business development, providing guidance and support.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Prepare and manage the marketing and business development budgets.
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing and business development roles (minimum 5 years).

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: $80,957.67 - $153,539.82 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
