**The Company**:
The Bolt Barn, an associated entity of Building & Industrial Supplies Group & Metal Manufacturers Pty Ltd, is a supplier to the Australian industrial fasteners and construction market.

**The Role**:
The Business Manager role is a true leadership position, responsible for all aspects of running a construction product and industrial supply wholesaling and retail business, including strategy, finance, sales, operations, and people management.

With an uncapped profit share scheme, you will be rewarded for your effort and treat this business as your own.

**Reporting to the Group General Manager, responsibilities include**:

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and grow revenue and market share.
- Working closely with key customers and suppliers to develop and maintain strong and effective relationships.
- Managing systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency of operations.
- Leading, training, and developing your team to achieve measurable results.

**About You**:
To be successful, you will be a confident and strong leader with an aptitude for maximizing sales performance, profitability, and growth in a dynamic and competitive environment.

**You will have**:

- Strong knowledge of the industrial supply market with a focus on construction equipment, fasteners, adhesives and tools.
- Vision, drive, and the ability to think outside the square.
- Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development.
- Outstanding leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer systems and data analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Office
- A proven track record of leading a team.
- A qualification in a relevant discipline and/or formal management training would be a distinct advantage.
- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
