**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person, or take detailed messages.
- Prepare and send offer letters and other correspondence to students.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system and manage administrative documents.
- Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for the team.
- Perform basic office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and other office-related activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and work closely with other departments.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus.
