**Your new role**

As the Marketing & Events Coordinator you will be responsible for the planning & execution of the organisation’s events including ensuring the production and communication of required marketing materials.

**Key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Planning and execution of large-scale events including management of onsite staff.
- Development and negotiation of sponsorship agreements including the procurement of new sponsors.
- Collate and disseminate company announcements and media releases.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including government personnel.
- Ensure all social media and website updates are completed in a timely manner.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have previous experience in developing and nurturing sponsorships and partnerships.
- Events management experience highly desired.
- You will be a proactive individual with a high attention to detail.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communications.
