Company Description

Events Perth is a full-service event management company that specializes in designing and delivering unique corporate and community events, and engaging activations. We assist a range of clients in all aspects of their event strategies, from venue selection to event execution. Additionally, we have built our own venues to offer clients unique event spaces.

Role Description

This is a contract role for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, overseeing event logistics, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, located in Perth, WA, with some work from home allowed.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and client relationship management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the event management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
