We are a well-established business based in Newcastle, extending our reach across Australia through Telehealth. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities as the clinic continues to grow.

**Role Overview**:
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the clinic, enhance business performance, and maintain high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Handling HR tasks, including staff management, leave requests, and payroll.
- Overseeing financial tasks like invoicing and accounts administration.
- Monitoring and processing clinicians' billable hours.
- Managing the clinic’s budget and financial health.
- Addressing patient enquiries, handling complaints, and incorporating feedback.
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals and external partners.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and legal requirements.
- Streamlining clinic processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing the clinic's marketing and social media presence in line with business objectives.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Solid experience in a Practice Manager role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability in team management and workload organization.
- High proficiency in computer use, with experience in Xero and Halaxy preferred.
- Independent work management skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer-centric approach.
- Collaborative spirit and friendly personality.
